We want to give an update on Boat Marketing Pros in the COVID-19 health crisis for all our valued clients.
We hope you are doing well and staying healthy and safe. Our team is now working entirely from home, and you can expect no interruption in any of our services. We will continue to hold meetings by phone through Zoom and are continuing to operate as usual.

Right now is a difficult time for us and many others. With the uncertainty around what’s to come over the next few weeks/months, we want to share a few thoughts about what we can do right now to maintain your marketing and operations.

Don’t Give Up On Digital Marketing

  • Now is a great time to work on your SEO. As you may know, any work around improving organic rankings can take a few months. Paid advertising is something that can be turned on and off. However, when you have a solid SEO strategy in place, that’s something that can stand the test of time, giving you long-term results. Now might be a great time to focus on that to be ready for when things return to business as usual.
  • Pay-per-click ads can still run. A knee-jerk reaction might be to immediately pull back on all advertising. However, if you are running any pay-per-click ads, you will only pay when someone clicks on the ads. Unless you are planning to close shop for a while, we recommend keeping your pay-per-click ads running in the event someone is in need of your product or service.
  • We can help with moving your company move to a remote/work-from-home setup. We’ve been working remotely for years, and we have a great setup in place that keeps us productive. As more and more companies are making this shift for the first time, we would love to help with that transition (at zero cost). We use tools such as Slack, Basecamp, Zoom, and others to manage projects and if you have ANY questions about doing so or need our help, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Be Safe

I understand now is a difficult time for us all. There’s not much we can do to solve the health crisis, but if there is some small way we can help make it easier for you to manage, then we’d like to try. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any comments or questions about the above COVID-19 update.

Thank you, as always, for being a valued client. We hope you, your family and your team stay safe and healthy.
